Fraud Warning

If you are contacted by anyone either by phone or email claiming that your accounts have been compromised and you are not talking to Nancy, Stacie or Pam from our office, do not engage with them.  DO NOT OFFER YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO ANY CALLER OR EMAIL SENDER THAT YOU DID NOT INITIATE!!! The caller’s goal is to SCARE you into complying with their requests for information.  DON’T BE A VICTIM!

If you have a debit or credit card with us, you may receive a call from FIS asking you if you made a specific purchase.  The purpose of this call is for verification of a transaction to help prevent you from being a victim of fraud.  They have your card number so you only have to verify or deny the purchase or transaction.
